Chocolate Chia Seed “Tapioca” Pudding

chocolate chia seed tapioca pudding strawberries coconut

It makes my tummy smile.

Add 2 tablespoons chia seeds to 3/4 cup chocolate soy milk.  Shake and refrigerate overnight.  Garnish with coconut flakes and strawberries.
